Description
Origin & Traditional Use
This is a scented candle poured into a small cast iron cauldron, the witch’s vessel of transformation. It can be burned as an altar light and the cauldron reused afterwards for incense and petitions. These scented candles are burned for their fragrance’s traditional magical qualities, as altar lights and as offerings to the spirits.
Uses in the Work
A scented candle set in a small cauldron vessel, burned to fill the temple with atmosphere and consecrate the space. Light it before ritual to shift the room into sacred space. When it is spent, keep the cauldron for burning petitions or charging small items.
