Description

Origin & Traditional Use

This is a scented jar candle made for a specific intention, poured into glass so it can burn safely for many hours. Jar candles are used as devotional lights and for workings that need to be held over several days. Money and prosperity candles are burned to draw wealth, customers, opportunities and financial success, a staple of hoodoo and botanica practice.

Uses in the Work

For money, prosperity, business and success, burned to draw wealth and open the flow of material abundance. Dress it with cinnamon and money oil and set it on a dollar bill folded toward you. Burn it on a Thursday for Jupiter’s expansion or a Sunday for the Sun’s success. Sprinkle the remaining wax at your business door.

Pairs Well With

Pyrite – 1 lb Tumbled; Cinnamon Sticks – 1 oz; Basil Leaf – 1 oz

Lore

Cinnamon has been a currency of the gods since antiquity, burned in temples and traded like gold. Rootworkers still use it to ‘heat up’ money.
