Chime candles are small, slim candles that burn in about one to two hours, making them ideal for a single spell, daily offerings and candle grids. Their name comes from the German angel chimes, little brass carousels spun by the heat of these candles. In candle magic a pink candle is burned for romance, friendship and affection.

Burn it on a Friday in the hour of Venus. Chimes are ideal for daily rituals, quick petitions and multi-candle layouts. Set several in a circle around a petition, or burn one each day for seven days. Always let them burn out completely; snuffing a chime breaks its single-sitting purpose.
