Description
Origin & Traditional Use
Lucifer oil is a ritual anointing oil dedicated to Lucifer, the Light Bearer, used in Luciferian and demonolatry practice. Lucifer is Latin for “light-bringer”, the name of the Morning Star, the planet Venus at dawn.
Uses in the Work
Anoint the brow before Luciferian invocation to open the inner light, and dress gold, white or red candles in workings for knowledge, enlightenment and self-deification. Dress the sigil of Lucifer while chanting his Enn, “Renich Tasa Uberaca Biasa Icar”, and anoint offerings and pacts made in his name. It is fitting for rites at dawn when Venus rises as the Morning Star. Use it to consecrate a Luciferian altar and the tools on it.

Lore
Isaiah 14:12 names the “Day Star, son of the morning” (Lucifer in the Latin Bible) who fell from heaven, originally a taunt against a Babylonian king. In Roman myth Lucifer was the son of Aurora, the dawn. Venus appears as the Morning Star for roughly 263 days at a time.
