Pentagram Cast Iron Chime Candle Holder

$4.95

Description

Origin & Traditional Use

A candle holder holds a candle safely upright on the altar. In ritual the choice of holder matters, because a candle may burn for hours or over several nights. This cast iron holder bears a pentagram and is sized for chime candles.

Uses in the Work

Chime candles burn in about two hours, ideal for single spells and daily offerings. The iron and pentagram together make it strongly protective, so use it in warding, banishing and protection workings, or set one at each of the four quarters. Use it to burn dressed and carved candles safely through a working, at the quarters, or on either side of a statue or sigil. Keep a holder dedicated to each kind of work, for example one for protection and one for love, so the energy is not mixed. Clean out the wax between workings and read the remains of the candle for messages about how the spell went.
