Description

Origin & Traditional Use

This is a scented jar candle made for a specific intention, poured into glass so it can burn safely for many hours. Jar candles are used as devotional lights and for workings that need to be held over several days. Love candles are burned to draw love, strengthen a relationship, call a particular person to you or open the heart, one of the oldest purposes of candle magic.

Uses in the Work

For love: to draw a lover, deepen a bond, rekindle passion or call your destined match. It is burned under the star of Venus. Dress it with Venus or love oil on a Friday, in the hour of Venus. Ring it with rose petals and write your petition in Dove’s Blood ink. For a specific person, add their taglock beneath it.
